Everyone's life is meaningful. However, it does not always feel meaningful depending on our perspective and state of mind and body. Here you will be asked to determine what factors could be at work that keep you from feeling like your life is meaningful and fulfilling.
To recognize one's life as meaningful and have it feel that way, we have to raise our awareness. Our consciousness must be about our own self-awareness as well as our awareness of all the pieces of life that surround us. (other people, the environment, the impact we make)
